The initial room had a broken AC, and I was left wondering about the state of cleanliness. Cleanliness needs attention-hairs from previous guests should not linger. The noise from the highway and other guests was disruptive, making restful sleep difficult. Breakfast rules felt overly strict, limiting convenience. While the bed was comfortable and location central, the overall experience did not match the price point. A clearly marked need for improvement exists here. Would reconsider staying again, as there are better options available.

Temperature control was adequate. Noise levels varied; I felt secure at times, but the night crew had a troubling vibe. The bathroom had a quirky shower door that wouldn't stay closed. I noticed the lamp didn't work and the ironing board was quite worn. Security felt lacking, with unsavory characters nearby, impacting peace of mind. Security measures need serious upgrades. Everything else? Just average.

This hotel is just a short walk from the Cincinnati Museum Center, Great American Ball Park, and the beautiful Cathedral Basilica of Saint Peter in Chains, making it perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy the city's landmarks and take leisurely strolls in the surrounding areas, and the comfortable rooms equipped with king beds and pullout couches were ideal for our group, but the strong cigarette smell in the hallway could definitely use some improvement.

The location was super convenient, just a quick drive to the graduation venue and other cool spots in the city. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and the staff serving it were friendly and efficient , always making sure the food was hot and fresh.

We had a cozy and comfortable stay during our romantic escape. The room was spacious, the bedding was clean, and the beds were comfy. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, and we enjoyed a nice breakfast before starting our day of exploring the city.

We encountered some drawbacks during our stay. We found a few unwanted bugs in our room, which was quite unsettling.

the pros , the location was fantastic as it was close to the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast served was delicious, and the overall building felt safe with an attached garage for parking convenience. The service provided by the staff was also friendly and helpful. On the flip side, there were definitely some cons to consider. The noise from the nearby interstate was quite bothersome, especially with the constant traffic of trucks and cars. Despite trying to block out the noise with closed curtains, it didn't prove effective. there was a musty water smell emanating from the air conditioner, which was not very pleasant. In terms of cleanliness, the room was decent, which was a positive point. Another issue was the hotel's location not being in a very nice area, with some discomforting incidents occurring during the stay. The closure of the bar restaurant due to construction was a letdown, and there were troubling encounters like someone knocking on the window late at night with no follow, up from the hotel staff. This lack of response to such disturbances was quite unsettling and led to a disrupted night's sleep. the stay had its ups and downs, with notable aspects like the convenient location and friendly service being positives, but the noise level and unpleasant incidents detracting from the overall experience.

My friends and I had a blast going to Kings Island and hitting the thrilling rides! We also tried our hand at rafting and got soaked in the cool waters - so much fun!

It would have been even better if there was a happening nightlife spot nearby for us teenagers to hang out and party after a day full of excitement.

Enjoyed a fabulous complimentary breakfast every morning, the WiFi was on point, and loved exploring the vibrant city scene. Can't wait to return!

Was delighted to witness an impromptu hallway vacuum session at 10 pm.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Bryan and Tate were particularly helpful, and Dani at the bar provided excellent service and conversation. The rooms were of good quality for the nightly rate, and the bed was amazing with a pillow-top mattress. The hotel lobby and elevators were consistently clean. The location was close to downtown, allowing easy access to various activities. The breakfast had a great variety of food, and the staff was super nice and tried to be helpful.

The rooms that were initially given to us did not have the amenities we expected, and the bathroom was small with low ceilings, making it feel cramped. Additionally, there were issues with our key cards being deactivated multiple times, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
